agenolxPrivacy Policy
This page describes what we collect when you use agenolx and how we keep that data protected. We are committed to transparency about our data practices, third-party processors, and your rights under applicable privacy law. Our policy covers account holders across all supported jurisdictions where agenolx operates.
We collect personal information only when necessary to deliver our service — account management, payment processing, live-dealer table operations, and fraud prevention. We do not sell your data to marketers, and we do not share your information with unrelated third parties except where required by law or to process your transactions through DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet payment channels.
Your account on agenolx is yours to control. You can request access to your data, ask us to correct or delete information, and withdraw consent to certain processing at any time. This policy explains how.
What we collect on agenolx
We collect personal information in three categories. First, account data: when you register on agenolx, we store your email address, phone number, legal name, date of birth, and password. We use these to verify your identity, authenticate your login, and contact you about account security or payment issues.
Second, transaction data: every deposit, withdrawal, and game activity on agenolx is logged. We record which payment method you used (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer), the amount, the timestamp, and whether the transaction succeeded or failed. We retain this data for accounting, fraud detection, and compliance with anti-money-laundering regulations. Your game history — which tables you joined, how long you played, your bets and outcomes — is also stored so you can access your records and so we can calculate any winnings or losses for tax reporting if required by your jurisdiction.
Third, technical data: we collect your IP address, browser type, device model, and operating system when you access agenolx. We log this to detect suspicious login patterns, prevent account takeover, and improve platform stability. If you use our mobile app, we may collect your device ID, app version, and whether you allow push notifications.
Optional data on agenolx
We do not require you to share your location, upload a photo, or provide optional profile information. If you choose to use our live chat support, we store your message history so our team can serve you faster.
How we use and protect your data
We use your data to operate agenolx: authenticate your account, process your deposits and withdrawals, stream live-dealer tables, and settle your game outcomes. We also use it to investigate fraud — if we detect unusual login activity or a withdrawal pattern that does not match your account history, we may pause the transaction and contact you to verify. We do not use your data to build marketing profiles or sell you targeted advertising.
We protect your data with industry-standard encryption. All communication between your device and our servers uses TLS 1.3, which scrambles your data in transit so no one can intercept your login, payment details, or game activity. Your data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. We do not store your full credit card number or full bank account number — payment processors like mobile banking, local payment, and online payment handle those securely on their side.
Our servers may sit outside your jurisdiction. We operate data centres in multiple regions to ensure agenolx remains available during local holidays like Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or Nyepi, or during peak-usage periods around Liga 1 or Piala AFF matches. If your data is stored outside your country, we ensure it receives the same protection as if it were stored locally.

Third-party processors and cookies
We work with payment processors to handle your deposits and withdrawals. When you deposit via e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking, those processors receive your transaction details. When you use a bank transfer to local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking, the bank receives your account number and withdrawal amount. We do not control how those third parties use your data — they operate under their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their terms before you make your first deposit.
We also use analytics services to monitor agenolx platform performance — page load times, feature usage, crash reports. These services may place cookies on your device to identify you across sessions. A cookie is a small text file that helps us remember your login state and your preferred language and currency. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some agenolx features may not work correctly without them.
We do not use cookies to track you across unrelated websites. Our cookies are first-party only — they work only on agenolx. We do not share cookie data with advertisers.
Your rights on agenolx
You have the right to access your personal data. Contact our support team and we will send you a copy of everything we hold about your agenolx account — your account details, transaction history, and technical logs — usually within seven business days.
You can request that we correct inaccurate data. If your phone number or address changes, update it in your account settings. If you notice an error in your transaction history, notify us and we will investigate.
You can request deletion of your data, though we may retain it if required by law (e.g., for anti-money-laundering records or to resolve a dispute). If you request deletion, we will close your agenolx account and erase your personal information except where retention is mandatory.
You can withdraw consent to marketing emails and push notifications at any time — toggle these in your account settings or click the unsubscribe link in any message from agenolx. You cannot opt out of transactional emails (order confirmations, security alerts) because we need to send those to keep your account safe.
To exercise any of these rights, contact our support team via in-app chat or email. We will not charge a fee for most requests, though we may ask for additional identity verification to confirm you own the account.
Jurisdiction and contact
agenolx operates under privacy frameworks that apply in our licensed jurisdictions. If your country has its own data-protection law (such as Indonesia's Law No. 27 of 2022 on Data Protection), we comply with it. If you believe we have violated your privacy rights, you can contact us first, and if we do not resolve your concern, you can file a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Our privacy practices may change as we add new features or expand to new regions. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of agenolx after that notice means you accept the updated policy.
For questions about how we handle your data, contact our support team. We are available via in-app chat during business hours and via email at any time. You can also reach us from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or Semarang — our support team serves all agenolx players in supported regions equally. We will respond within two business days.
